Where to find Exeunt Press games (and more) at PAX Unplugged this weekend!
PAX Unplugged is November 21-23, 2025 in Philadelphia. Here's where to get weird and wonderful games from Exeunt Press. Also other indie vendors, playtesting, meetups, and things to check out!
Go here for Exeunt Press games
PAX Unplugged is easily my favorite gaming event of the year — a weekend full of gaming, seeing friends, and checking out new games. I’ll be there as an attendee again this year (no EP booth), but there are multiple ways to purchase Exeunt press games while at PAX Unplugged:
Indie Press Revolution (Booth #3701/#3800): IPR (#3701) and/or Pandemonium Books & Games (#3800) will have six different Exeunt Press titles in stock at PAXU: Caveat Emptor, Eleventh Beast, Exclusion Zone Botanist, Make Your Own One-Page Roleplaying Game, Tollund, and You are a Muffin. They always have a big selection of indie games, so if you don’t see the one you want, just ask!
Side Quest Books & Games (Room 201): Stop by the PAX Together Intersection and say hi to the Side Quest Books & Games crew. They will have copies of Make Your Own One-Page Roleplaying Game and You are a Muffin available.
You can follow IPR on Bluesky for updates throughout the convention.
Other interesting booths you should visit
Not being tied to a booth allows me to wander the PAXU Expo Hall as much as I’d like. My goal is always to at least walk past every booth, but the hall is vast and time is limited. Instead I usually make a short list and mark it off as I go.
Here are a few of the indie vendors on my list of ones to check out:
M. Allen Hall (Booth #4303): Allen is a machine, cranking out high quality adventures for MÖRK BORG, Liminal Horror, and others. Ask about In Ruins and Sprinkles is Missing while there.
Haunted Table (Booth #4234): I can’t say it better than this, “Triangle Agency is … about wielding enormous, reality-warping power, navigating bureaucratic red tape, and juggling your everyday responsibilities.”
Gila RPGs (Booth #3958): Spencer makes Slayers, RUNE, LUMEN, and HUNT, just to name a few. Rumor has it you can challenge him to a NOVA skirmish or card game and he will accept.
Good Luck Press (Booth #4059): This collab between Seb Pines and Will Jobst always has weird and interesting games that capture my attention.
World Champ Game Co. (Booth #3953): Adam makes beautiful indie TTRPG products including Necronautilus, Cybermetal 2012, Blood Borg, and 1978. I think the The Weekly Scroll crew will be at the booth too.
Possible World Games (Booth #3758): I became familiar with PWG via Beak, Feather, and Bone and have been interested in their work ever since.
Severed Books (Booth #4350): Justin always has interesting things for sale, including MÖRK BORG collabs, dice, and minis.
Plus One Exp (Booth #4143): Creator of actual play content, publisher of games, and home of the RPG Zine Club. Ask about MÖRK SOL while you are there!
Black Market Press (Gaming Hall D): Stop by Level 2, Gaming Hall D, Block 52 and check out a demo of MAIZE BORG.1
All of the above are circled in yellow on the map above.
Indie Games Night Market
The Indie Game Night Market is Saturday night at 7 PM. It will have 30 unsigned games featured and for sale, including Resilience by Greg Loring-Albright. Last year, things sold out fast so you’ll want to get in line early.
Go try some games at Unpub
Earlier this year I playtested some of the games from Greg’s students at Harrisburg University (HU). They will be at the Unpub area of PAX Unplugged on Friday and Saturday. Look for the table with green and gold HU branding on it!
Find new board games
If you are into board games, check out the BGG PAX Unplugged 2025 Preview. Sort by hotness (thumbs) and give a thumbs up to the ones you are interested in seeing.
My personal quest is to grab a copy of Conservas at 25th Century Games (Booth #2804) before they sell out. I’d also like to take a peek at Hercules and the 12 Labors, Stellar Ventures, Compile: Main 2, For the Gods!, Neko Syndicate, Brink, Soda Jerk, and Crownfell.
Self-publisher meetup hosted by TTRPGkids
Steph is kindly hosting a Self Pub Meetup for self-publishing game designers:
“On Sunday, right after running StoryGuider I’ll be hosting a meet up for TTRPG self publishers in the Community Room! Stop by to meet other creators, have a common spot to reconnect with friends, and see what everyone’s up to!”
I can’t make any promises because PAXU is always frantic, but I’m going to try my best to stop by the meetup to say hello to everyone!
Spot me and get an EP sticker
If you happen to spot me, say hi and ask for a sticker! I’ll have the new holographic ones and they are quite nice.
Hope to see you there!
