The MÖRKTOBER prompts are here!
As per tradition, I always share the prompts in September to give you some time to ponder them ahead of the actual event in October. They were available last week as a crossword puzzle you had to solve. Now they are available in the usual format!
I think there are some good ones in there this year, particularly “ship” and “crab.”1 The final one for Day 31 should come as no surprise to those who have participated in previous years.
This year’s prompt list is illustrated by Marie Enger, creator of Death to the Wizard Kings and Casket Land. I was thrilled to be able to work with Marie and absolutely love the art!
Read the MÖRKTOBER FAQ for all the details on how to participate!
Crossword puzzle solutions
Congratulations to everyone who solved the crossword puzzle! It proved to be far more popular than expected, and I was shocked at how many people gave it a try.
Solutions are in the image above. Spoilers if you haven’t already solved it. From what I can tell, 13 Across and 25 Down were the two most likely to trip people up.

We know crabs are the optimal crustacean. 🦀
Tenebrous is based on the MÖRKTOBER Creator Kit but significantly expanded and revised. It’s now 44-pages and includes a lot more.
