After every in-person event I’ve done as Exeunt Press, I have tried to do a post-mortem. I think through what went well and what didn’t go so well, and then try to formulate a list of lessons learned.

I love that you had a great show. It was really cool seeing everyone on Discord be excited about repeat customers and folks saying they picked things up in other locations.
Also I like the last minute handmade signs! They look like signs you made on purpose, if that makes sense.
And yeah, I'm not sure there is anything in the world as energizing as having someone say they play your games, read your blog posts, or otherwise just appreciate what you make. It's the best feeling in the entire world! It's always appreciated.
